All hot girls have one thing in common: lunch.
It might not be the most important meal of the day or the one that brings everyone together before bed, but it definitely has its place in a well-balanced diet. Something has to break up your 9-5 ~grind~ so you can power through another day of riveting emails and Zoom meetings!
And me? I might not be a food blogger, but I can make a mean lunch (not too shabby at dinner and breakfast either, but that doesn’t quite fit the theme, soooo…). Toasts, eggs, salads—you name it. My friends are tired of hearing about my culinary creations, so I decided to share the recipes here instead. These aren’t your typical recipes. I tend to measure with my heart and season to taste. I like to call what I do “throwing yummy things together.” But what I lack in precise measurements, I’ll make up for with anecdotes, I promise.
When I’m not making lunch, I’m just a girl working a 9-5 I kinda hate, listening to way too much Taylor Swift, and attending night classes to hopefully land a job I hate a little less. I’ll talk your ear off about pop culture and insist you MUST know every celebrity I ever mention. I try to balance being a homebody with never having any time to myself.
I read somewhere that blogging during this phase of life can be helpful, so here I am. And here you are! Look at us, just two girlies (gender neutral) chatting over lunch.
